Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates

- Additional duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient
3. Delivery Delays
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, customs, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes within the continental United States. However, expedited shipping is not available for P.O. box addresses.
5. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These fees are not included in your order total and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in this email.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
